Decanted for one hour. Nice gentle nose of white honey, hay, citrus , then ending on a subtle vanilla. Mouth different; energetic fresh and thick matter. I mean by matter the feel of tannins or crunched grapes pips. The nose is appealing and there is an austere dimension on the mouth. If I do consider the number 18 of drops of god this wine will be the north face of aiguille du midi at Chamonix-Mont Blanc. Precisely the eperon Frendo, the one under the cable car. Keep it in cellar for three more years, this exposed ridge will be in better condition perhaps with sun ray.

Double decanted for three hours, served chilled. Color: Pale Green. Nose: Bluestone, Lime, Butter, White Pepper, Green Herbs. Palate: see nose. Finish: Medium. Acidity: Medium. Alcohol: 13.5 % well integrated. Medium bodied mouthfeel with initial citrus notes. Spicy mid-palate transitions into an herbaceous finish with a hint of butter. Reminds me of Chablis stylistically due to the refreshing acidity except with slightly more oak emphasis. Excellent balance and a delightful value at €22. 90-91 points.

Mycket fatkaraktär, kraftig syra, en aning beska i eftersmaken. Lite spretig.
