Made pasta cooked in red wine out of this. The one glass I did drink seemed a bit better than my previous bottle, but I don’t really regret cooking with this.

Got a great deal on these, but on night one, I thought I could see why. Seemed flat and maybe already over the hill. Must have just been dumb/sleeping though, because it came back pretty strong on nights 2-4. Not super interesting, but a good everyday cru Beaujolais.
