PnP through Nuance wine finer. Reddish brown color. Light cherry, little soda on the nose. On the palate, soft cherry with a little dirt and grit on the palate. Medium finish. Aged well. 88+pts. Aloha!

13.9% alcohol; heavy foil, real cork -- which broke while I was using a screw opener, but with 1 mm of wine penetration or less; long, long legs, medium red/brown; nose with a bad drumbeat in the background, but also telling me that the wine is not completely gone; vinturied and tasted at room temperature, 25 degrees C; has a strong metallic taste in the background, especially affecting the back of the tongue, giving it an undesirable finish; at this point, I'll probably have to say its corked and that I waited too long to taste this 10 year old Pinot: tant pis, schade, the tasting latches on to traces of having been something very much better
