{Bought on release, #1 of 3 purchased, perfect fill} Lovely, complex, engaging nose with lots of perfume. Mostly dark ripe fruits, enticing energy too. Held up for 4 hours with hints of some smoky spices, very good length, minerals add complexity. NOT a fruit bomb in the ripe 2015 year! Drinking very well now but will hold for a few years. Scored 90-92 over the evening.

Consumed over three days. Good nose with blackberries, violets, touch of lightly smoked and peppered bacon. Medium body, medium acidity, blackberries, touch of red berries, peppery and a little meaty touch. On the more elegant rather than feral and wild side. Good balance, pleasant St Joseph.

Pleasant little entry-level Saint-Joseph. Not terribly complex, but hits the right notes of raspberry and blackberry fruit, black pepper, and a faint note of smoky minerality.

Medium body, slow legs, medium acidity. Aroma of raspberry, violets, black currant and spices. Taste of dark cherries.
Could use 2 hours to decant and/or more time in bottle, but still enjoyable.
