I’m not an expert and lack an oenophile’s vocabulary. This was just beautiful. Gorgeous. Let it open for 30 minutes. Wonderful weight, great fruit and a clean, lemon finish. Recommend with a nice fish or roasted chicken.

Meursault Madness Dinner (Pomeroy - Winnetka IL): Dense, ripe, and fleshy with enchanting perfume. Structure is just off-center, perfectly in the near background. Very good now. Best ever for this wine, this was WOTN for half of tonight's tasters.

Fresh, light, energetic, less powerful than the June note. Complete and balanced but not terribly weighty or long. Not necessarily too ripe but shorter on acid and shorter overall than I recalled.
