Nice spicey fruit nose, followed up with notes of tobacco and earth. On the palate is peppery spice, predominant bright fruit with some dark fruit components, hints of dark chocolate and caramel. Good balance, a little hot initially but smooths out pretty quickly. Worked perfectly with my keilbasa dinner.

Purple with a red tinge. Blueberry, mulled spices, and leather on the nose. Blackberries, dark cherries, chocolate, integrated oak, sweet tannins and a medium to long finish. This was much better than my first bottle - nicely balanced, tasty and the funk was gone.

Nice nose of plum, cherry, & blackberry. A little thin at first compared to nose, but opens up to nice rich wild cherry with hint of plum. Very elegant cherry Tempranillo flavors with dark fruit Cab flavors in the background. Elegant and nicely balanced effort.

Popped and poured. Medium purple color. Sweet nose of raspberry and blackberry and spices with a bit of oak and some dark chocolate. More of the same on the palate with some nice round fruit flavors, a touch of caramel from the oak and some more dark chocolate on the back end. Soft tannins, easy drinking. Decent finish. Wife was a big fan. A very tasty wine with or without food.

Big oak and a lot of fruit, made this very enjoyable. Did not get the brett-like aspects that others described at all. Very fruit forward and oaky, soft tannins, and red fruit flavors.
