A most interesting and entertaining wine. The freewheeling fun spirit of Twisted Oak definitely shines through. It' tastes sweet, but not sweet in any kind of cloying or obnoxious way ... just grape Kool-Aid for grownups (in the best possible sense.)

Fragrant nose. Cedar, cherries. Deep tannin with good overall structure. Chalky.

Still very consistent with previous reviews. Not a bad pairing with a Valentine's Day dessert of a Sachertorte.

Still lotsa spicy cherrycola fun! Killer with a dinner of rare roast beef, mashed potatoes and broccoli.
