Riesling Rampage 2017: Ginger and spice, floral and toast with some wax as well. Medium intensity, good acidity - this is a nice mix of some development and still retaining youthful character. Drink over the next 10 years.

Pours green-gold in colour, bit reductive with a vegetal sort of stink to it... eventually giving way to more lanolin, toast and candied lime. Palate is weightless in the middle but with strong limey acids on the side of the tongue. Good length. Still young with years ahead of it.

Still very primary - some smokiness but mostly citrusy, soapy and zesty, and floral. Obviously very good fruit. Heaps of length, delicious tempered acidity leading to a glorious refreshing finish. Amazing wine, just probably not in the early stages of it's drinking window quite yet.

A golden green with an unctuous gloss. Bright citrusy nose with a slight kerosene hit. Toast and honey with lemon zest. Very nice!
