Have had my eye on this bottle since I bought it. Aged patiently in the cellar since release. Atlantic salmon in color. Clear with a watery rim. Gorgeous aromas of bruised strawberries, raspberry cream, and a touch of anise. Beautiful to drink now. It was hard to put this down. Had with creamy cave aged goat cheese. Divine. Now I have to purchase some for medium term aging. Thanks Tempier!

Mark's Rose Offline - part deux (Passione Vino): Really nicely evolved and a good advert for cellaring this wine. Mature and savoury, bitter and rounded AND soft and creamy! Lovely accompaniment to the cheeseboard.

Savory, graham and strawberry aromas. Some lead pencil to the palate. Loads of freshness on the palate for 10 years out, although not the wine it used to be. Could be the end of the road, but it also wasn’t super dis-similar from the 2008 Tondonia Reserva Rose I had a little white back. May have more time, but I’d drink up.

Pale amber-gold in the glass. The joyous summer fruit of the wine when it was young has been streamlined into something much more refined, almost silken. An earlier reviewer of the aging version of Domaine Tempier Rose called it a thoughtful wine, and it truly is. I'm glad I saved several bottles to drink experimentally past its recommended prime. This is like no other rose I've ever had.

Classy provencale rose. Plenty of skins on the nose and palate but well done. Nice.
