  I found it light in taste with too much heat from the alcohol. Otherwise the tast was a pleasant leather with grit and dark cherries.

  Second bottle in 3 year interval...earthy, deep, savory, NSG profile. Red plum and red cherry, but the fruit bends towards darker flavors in a delicate dance between high and low tone. For all the earthy ripeness and maturity, this finishes dry and lifting, with a bit of complex dry extract that lingers. Very, very nice...

  On the full side for an Oregon PN without being overblown. Both the nose and palate emphasize cherry, with only a hint of oak and vanilla. There is enough acidity to back up the forward fruit.

  Over the course of my half case with this vintage there was plenty of bottle variation as I enjoyed this bottle more than my last 5 months ago in which I said this was on its way down, but not true with this bottle.
