  Had this in a restaurant setting with friends, started a touch muted but was gorgeous around the 30min mark when the wine fully opened up. Classic Raveneau savory/smoky yellow fruit, with seaweed, Iodine, crushed Oyster shells. Nice open knit, plush texture with medium acidity.
  I drank the 2011 Vaillons recently - compared to the 2011 which I had last week, the 13 is more plush and creamier where the 11 is more powerful and chiseld - more archetypal Chablis. 11 will need more time but the 13 is drinking very well at the moment.

  Amalfisitron, bittelitt eik - perekt integrert - gul tropisk frukt, fantastisk munnfølelse der et gult fløyelsteppe legger seg rundt tunga. Stor vin - perfekt å drikke nå.

  This was just drinking wonderfully - beautiful aromas of lime zest and intense minerality and a dense but fairly linear palate of dry rocks and saline.
  The power and elegance of this wine is so beautifully balanced - Just what I would expect from a benchmark Chablis

  Delicious Chablis aromas with seashore, minerals and just a touch of wood. Dry, intense and elegant on the palate. A great Chablis in its style.

  Dobbeltdekantert på formiddagen og servert på kvelden. Fin gul farge uten å bli bekymret. Medium intens nese med sitrus, østersskall, granny smith, kaldt smør og mineraler. Kjølig og mineralsk uttrykk, noe edelråte om man pirker. Likevel en flott og middels fyldig Chablis. Svært drikkevennlig nå, Raveneau fikk til noe i denne vanskelige årgangen. Utmerket til osten Epoisses.
