Still quite pale. Rather awkward at first, with a very rough and metallic quality at the end of the tasting curve. With time and temperature, this faded. This is a rather Chablis in the "apple" category. Appropriately acidic, linear and "clean," but so far without qualities that sets it apart from, say, a much younger version (except the chance that younger versions will be marked by a warming climate and far higher prices.) A good wine, but very good it ain't (see the rating scale).

Excellent, energetic, gaining complexity, but showing few signs of age. This seems like it will last forever - I wish I had waited another 5 years before opening as this is nowhere near maturity.

In excellent condition, not over developed. Mid straw color. Malo and green apple nose, great bite and stoney denseness on the palate. Freshness, energy and drive.

Slowly declining but still a solid Chablis. This vintage has been fantastic and the fact that there is no oxidation is great news. The wine has not changed much since I had it last. Only slightly less aromatic. Lovely bottle. I would drink on the short term.

At age 13, still right and restrained, so it seems like that’s the story.
