still needed some time.. hence the 89. translucent cranberry with a darker opaque center and pink rim, nose. distinctly red mountain fruit with dirt, spice, and minerality present. dark berry and plum.. palate smooth jammy ripe black plum with spice and dirt.. Medium+ tannins and Medium acidity. got better after a hour in glass. so a quick decant of 30 minutes will get this up to speed. probably good for another 5 years or so and then will begin to fade.
