Dark color. Heavy raisin on the scent, without the Amarone alcohol, but could easily be confused with a "lighter" Amarone. Still holding up well, certainly not downhill. Excellent value considering what I paid for it (around US$ 33). As usual, wish I had more.,

Dark red color. Aromas of roasted cherry, leather, and some raisin. Palate has roasted cherry, plum, mission fig, leather, and some raisin elements to it that carry into a medium-long finish. Initially chewy from tannins, this does resolve into a pleasant drink but needs richer foods to keep up with it and help balance out the rough edges. Drink or hold.

Bright red color. Aromas of sweet cherry, vanilla, plum, and graphite. The palate shows sweet red fruits, a hint of raisin, vanilla, plum, and a smoke element. Easy drinking and very accessible now. Drink or hold.

Fantastic. Wish I had more of it. Cherries, spicy, medium body. Peak time. Nice aftertaste.
