Medium-fullish, very elegant nose. Impeccable. Subtle. Citrus, orchard fruit, wet stones, gently oaky and modelling clay. Pure. Fullish, concentrated, intense palate. Very long. Very good grip. Citrus and apple. Subtle oak and melon. Stoney minerality. High acidity. And regally austere. Very true to both cru, producer and style. Barring premox problem this can probably go on for a decade.

Honey, nuts, butter, citrus all strong on the nose. The sweet notes are balanced with a nice and present acidity making the overall experience very pleasant. To my liking this is at peak but coyld stay so for additional 2 years.

I echo both Ufgator and Jeremy Holmes. I drank this two and a half years ago but forgot to put in the note. Anyway I wish I had more because it really wasn’t ready. Now, who knows, but if the bottles are well stored it should be outstanding.

This is a great wine but not yet ready. Beautifully crisp but the fruit is shy and closed down. The last glass was the best. I only had one bottle but if I had more I would wait 2-3 years for another.

DBYOB 3.0 The Rise of the Eternal Return (@swedish home): Very fine, nicely baked expensive chardonnay, some sweet and sour apples, dry, crisp, good. I had this pegged as a better Grand Cru Chablis. Excellent!
