Pale yellow. Nose of citrus, grass and herbs. Very fresh and lively. Flavors include pear, ripe banana, a touch of lemon, noticeable minerality and a tart finish. Smooth creamy texture which I would have guessed came from oak. Perhaps it did although the winery says this wine was 95% barrel fermented in stainless steel and only 5% in new French oak. My wife and I both liked this and it was a great match for this evening's KFC original recipe fried chicken.

Consistent with previous note and, sadly, our last bottle of this wine.
