Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 88 points

  • Usually one of my favorite "value" producers; This wine is heavily extracted and approaches California in style. This is OK and many consumers will like this, it's just not Burgundian, and it's not what I expected. Lacks Burgundian character, and is almost impossible to call this as a Pinot Noir. Addendum:Drinkable and better on day eight! Acidity comes through, and this is identifiable as a Pinot Noir. Still chunkier than I would like.
