  Opened and shouldered this bottle for 4 hours and then in a small decanter for 1 hour...
  Lovely fragrance of red fruit, soft spices and a little undergrowth, I would say this is rather simple but yet a joy to drink , the core of red fruit and that Gevrey spiciness just mingle with a well dosed acidity, the mouthfeel is softer than the last one i had 6 months ago..nice finish on fruit, little balsam and earthy.
  Older style of winemaking but the result is nice, the amount of fruit and acidity , the time it took to open up ( last 2 glasses were the most balanced) makes me think this will keep for a while .

  Joli nez de conifères et fruits rouges. Toutefois, la bouche est plutôt dure et manque de charme, surtout pour le millésime. 87 pts
