VINTAGE 2010 Dinner (Galletto Ristorante, Modesto Ca.): I thought this was drinking really well...rich baked apple pie, tart green apple skin, wood spice...plenty of lemon spritz cut...airy leesy ginger mousse coated the palate...really nice mouthful of bubbles.

Dry, peach pit, PN heavy notes, long tangy fruity finish; coffee cake and a little reduction/toasty cinammon nuance; high acidity, later more fruit was showing. This was really good but was either closed or lacking a little character or something. Was not that exciting for this pedigree of wine, but nonetheless was superb. Would love to try this again in 3-4 +years after it comes into its own. Champagne Lunner at Newport Seafood.
