By the glass. The first glass off a new bottle at Cru, DFW. Textbook Chablis; fresh, citrusy, but not bracing, good fruit that gets a bit bigger with air. Works as an aperitif on its own.

Chablis Masterclass (North Loop Wines, Mpls): Straightforward, tasty, no doubt about what you are drinking. Citrus and wet stones. And if you don't drink a bunch of 1er and GC Chablis after it, it's even better. 88+pts.

Wine-ark Burgundy Tasting (wine ark alexandria): citrus, stone fruit, muted butter. Juicy, fleshy, citrus fruit but quite short. Easy drinking
