Dark, warm, inky...this cab was a pleasant surprise. More complex than I remember a Lynfred red being capable of. Used the first 1/4-cup for sausage & peppers (outstanding!)...M liked it when first opened, and found it even better after 24 hours.

Relatively smooth, with very little tannins at the finish. Needs plenty of time to breathe.

Strong, fruit forward nose w/ hints of berries and hazelnut. Versatile palate. Not very tannic, almost tastes like a merlot. Good well-balanced wine.
