This is an excellent and well balanced wine. Nose: first bing cherry and notes of dust later with notes of crayon and farm. On the palate, this was balanced with a spine of great acidity and a long finish. We loved it.

Jura tasting. Exciting nose and palate of cranberry, dusty cherry, cardamom, orange rind, and empty tomato can. Evolved quite a bit in the glass. One of the night's best.

Another beautiful bottle. Very light color, earthy and a touch of barnyard on the nose with some nice dusty cherry. The palate has a very similar profile. So well balanced, fresh, light tannins and a soft silky texture. A great wine.

Monolithic - this wine showed little but kirsch and candied fruit throughout its 2+ hour lifespan. Not entirely disagreeable at first, but quickly became rather tiresome. My first experience with the "normale" poulsard from Puffeney; so far, my allegiances lie with the "M".
