  Very nice Barolo. Slight tar with red berries and floral elements. A touch of earth and sweetness. Great mouthfeel and pleasant to drink. Old nebbiolo is wonderful.

  Dark reddish-garnet color with clearing at the edges. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, blueberries & plums with overtones of earthy/dusty & floral notes of roses, orange rind, tar, spices, leather, tea, minerals & a hint of cedar. Medium-deep bodied flavors of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of cherries, plums & mulberries, mushrooms, minerals & spices. Long lingering finish. At 24 years of age, it is close to or at its peak of development although it may hold here for a couple of additional years. Fill was in lower neck; cork was clean & intact.

  Light-med color, nose of red cherries. Palate is medium bodied, red fruits, slightly tart, spicy herbal characteristics short-med length; light to medium bodied, tannins have integrated well becoming more noticeable at mid-palate to finish. Fruit may be fading but interesting blend of flavors remain. Drink now as this is probably past prime but still drinking well.

  Rusty red. Gorgeous nose of red fruits and flowers along with some old mature barnyard. Mouthfeel is coating and packed with beautiful nebbiolo fruit. Throw in some secondard flavors of tomato and sour cherry. 60 second finish...
