  Northern Rhône Red tasting event. Apparently bottle was opened at 3pm.
  I got to this bottle at around 6:20 I guess. (Bottle half full)
  
  Ruby.
  
  Nose & palate - Nope, not yet ready.
  
  Second pour after 7, (bottle 80% gone). Begining to show.
  
  Love it. fruit, perfume, black pepper. Not a huge amount of meat. Nose and palate big showing very well.

  Ouvert et carafé durant 30 minutes.
  Très puissant, alcool et barrique à l’ouverture.
  Robe grenat, nez d’abord sur les fruits rouges puis fumé, olives, jus de viande, speck, la bouche est joliment équilibrée, très concentrée mais pas forcément très complexe.
  Le vin s’améliore encore en accompagnement du cœur de rumsteck qui dompte ses tanins et fait ressortir une belle acidité qui manquait au début.
  Termine presque minéral.
  Superbe vin à boire ou à garder.

  WOW...tout un vin que cette bouteille.
  Avec les mets il a été époustouflant.
  Un nez envoutant sur l'encens, la fumée, les
  petits fruits et les fleurs.
  En bouche, un grand seigneur. Des mures, de la viande,
  du poivres, des violettes, du graphite et une pointe saline
  qui fait salliver. Texture et concentration remarquable avec
  des tannins bien étoffés.
  Super long en finale mais doté d'une belle souplesse.
  Il termine sur une impression de minéralité.
  SUBLIME!!!
  NOTE: 100 Points Parker et tout à fait en accord
  avec sa mention de 40+ pour sa fenêtre de buvabilité.

  Double decanted for 2 hours, deep ruby to the rim with no brick, dark fruit with some bacon, med. tannins, long finish; outstanding & has entered prime drinking, a beautiful Hermitage, drink or hold, no rush
