Last bottle. Still very good and in need of air, although the aromatics have changed with increasing age to something perhaps too organic (in the sense of decaying life): caramel, fuel oil, and then some citrus fruits. Still, I love the taste which is lively, full of energy, dry, with good acidity. Excellent food wine. -- Ah, it s even better on the second day, less decaying, more fresh.

Easy-drinking, juicy riesling with mineral depths, more German than Austrian in style (and more austere than the richer 2007). Holds for weeks on end in the fridge. Excellent food wine.

Sparkling, yellowish, pungent scent of fresh sea air, salt and seaweed and sweetness from pineapple and citrus fruit, but also a bit curdled. What an acid, slightly citrus but also saline and very mineral.

Excellent as always, appears to be maturing - it is immediately accessible upon opening.

Lime, citrus, wet rock and a hint of pineapple on the nose. Good mouthfeel with proper acidity to keep things in place.
