Black and blue fruit, smooth but with enough tannins to last a little longer in the cellar. Days 1 and 2, the wine is solid and continues to open up. Day 3...it goes south.

This wine is drinking wonderfully. Loads of blueberry. Went well with grilled flank steak.

Classic Petit Sirah. Inky color, ripe deep fruit, not complex, great with spagetti with sweet Italian sausage in the sauce.

Your standard really ripe, overoaked, value-priced Central Coast red. My dad liked it though, so I guess that counts for something.
