  Wanted to see how this one did with age. Decanted, initially a big bloated massive mellow fruit bomb, Boomtown '09 tightened up over the hour and did rather well with the steak and, especially, the tomatoes.

  Day 4 and this has now become something I can enjoy. The sweet vanilla has retracted considerably. Black fruit and cocoa. MANDATORY is an extended decant. But you will be well rewarded.
