Opened and decanted - very little sediments, translucent color, still lots of red hues, very refined tannins. Lousi Latour of yesteryear was the wine, today reds...not so much. http://winetalk.com/forum/showthread.php?9698-Wines-you-can-do-easily-without&highlight=louis+latour

Popped and poured. There is plenty of life left in that one. Asian spice nose, translucent, totally refined tannins and very long finish. Not the wine for the "bucket list", but still.

Pale rose color with pretty earthen notes. Forrest floor, dried cranberry, tree bark, zesty acidity and rough tannin. Finish was quick yet clean
