  Tim's. Very ripe fruit with sweet vanilla and toasted oak. Cloying finish.

  Well one of my lovely guests at a Holiday Party basically guzzled this juice like it was her last drink of water in the middle of the Mojave Desert! I had a glass (maybe) and it truly WAS an impressive well aged CHARD. Key Lesson: Always remember to have a back up plan in case it’s really THAT good :)

  Well, considering it was the Number 40 wine in 2011, this Burgundian taste alike has only improved with time! Caramel honey with an almost Crème brûlée perfection, it was truly first rate with every drop. I continue to believe that well produced CHARD from great producers remains an underrated gem.

  - Yellow gold color - Beautiful. Served with surf and turf for Mothers Day. Hints of oak remain. Full mouth feel. Balanced and lush.
