Tasted blind. I guessed SauvBlanc but was not sure whether this was from Bordeaux or Loire. Gooseberry nose, expressive and perfumy with some subtle oak as well. Lovely creamy palate. Not at the lofty heights as I remember it, but very solid.

Dipping into my stash of older Dagueneau wines. Color is pale straw with a tinge of green. On the nose: Lemon drops, white flowers, pineapple and orange zest with some funk notes at very end. On the palate: Pineapple, lemon, orange, tropical fruits and some minerality/salinity at the end. This is extremely good and really in a good place to drink

Wow. Wow. The nose on this is _insane_. Tepache, lemon curd, tropical fruit for days. I couldn't stop smelling it. So many sweet fruits in the nose but the wine is bone dry, just absolutely singing with more pineapple and lemon driving through a long finish. Insane.

Single-Blind Anything But Chardonnay via Zoom: Drank single blind. There is a lot of lychee and other tropical fruits. It has a sweet profile without actually being sweet. The palate seems fresh and lively. There's a lot of balancing acidity and minerality.

Virtual Single Blind ABC Wines (Home): Light gold color. Drank a glass single blind over 2 hours plus. Wines were poured at 4pm for transport and transferred into glass around 6:50pm. This has a refined nose, sea air and lychee, , pear, a little floral, flint. The palate is rather crystalline and pure, good acidic spine with just a bit of bite, lychee, peach, lemon-lime, and nice balancing flinty mineral notes with a medium finish. Very nice. Picked this as the '09 Dagueneau BR. My #2 and group #1 WOTN.
