  Deep, thick ruby color. Potent nose of black fruits, black pepper and a nice lavender/violet note. Thick and intense on the palate with rich blackberry and black cherry fruit combined with good underlying acidity that keeps it mouthwatering and fresh. Quite young yet but shows good terroir flavors on the finish of pepper, violet, minerals and smoky spice. A bit rustic in texture and very fruit driven at this point but I find it quite satisfying and will bet on its future with some more time in bottle. 91+

  Purple coloured with almost a touch of blue. Concentrated, almost sweet nose with ripe blackcurant fruit and a freshness that is vanilla and apricot like. Still very tightly wound with lots of primary black fruit and a hint of spice. Certainly needs a lot more time.
