  • I think this bottle was ready. Popped about 4 hours before serving, and left on the counter cork-less. It seems like the wine never changed at all throughout the night. Muted nose of red berries. Palate started the same, expanded with a very pronounced mineral variety, and plenty of acids to show that this wine will be viable for many years to come. This was my lone bottle, but I would bet this would very slowly continue to improve and become more integrated. It was very enjoyable.
