  • Appearance: Bright and clear, it is medium ruby color, with fading rims and legs.
Nose: Clean, with medium (-) intensity aromas of red fruit of raspberry and strawberry, floral notes of violet, herbal notes of underbrush, dairy notes of butter, maturity notes of mushroom, animal notes of game. The wine is developing.
Palate: Dry with medium acidity, the wine has medium tannin of ripe and silky texture, medium alcohol, medium body and medium (+) intensity flavors of red fruit of raspberry and strawberry, oak notes of cedar, floral notes of violet, kernel notes of roasted almond. The wine has a medium (+) finish.
Conclusion: Very good quality Chambolle-Musigny with the nose not particular intense, but still having plenty of different aromas with nice complexity, the wine is certainly elegant and showing lots of finesse, with well-balanced acidity and tannin, silky on the palate, and having good concentration and a fairly long finish as well. It is ready to drink now and can be maintained for another 2-3 years.

  • Deep ruby. Austere cherry and later sous bois aromas. Surprisingly tannic and tight at this stage. The fruit and structure promise better things for a future that I suspect is still several years away.

  • Very tight with to much acid and not enjoyable at all. Wait 5 years,
