Splash decanted. Took a good two hours to open and showed dark fruits, dark earth, and again my best description is a savory element on the finish. This probably needs a bit more time to evolve a bit but to be enjoyed now I think I would do a long slow-ox. A-

First of the case. PNP at cellar temp in proper stems. Medium-dark brownish brick red. This is tight out of the bottle. At 90 minutes this is open and showing dark fruits, earth on the nose with a nice tart dark cherry fruit, an almost savory element, and good long finish on the palate. 3 hours later still drinking well and good with and without food. Maybe just short of what I had hoped for in a 2010 GC from Arlaud as I love his wines, but still very good and looking forward to the next. Should hold here, possibly improve, but in a nice spot right now. A-

very nice, opened an hour before tasting. nice and profound nose with a touch of wood. the palate is smooth, long. very well made but a bit too well behaved. tasted blind along side with a Dujac (same terroir, same vintage) which was less ready but with more funk. I rprefered the Dujac.

Tasted blind. Stinky nose (in a good way), bacon fat. Sweet red fruit, absolutely approachable but I think it will reach its optimal window in 5 years.

Salon Focofi Paris walkabout and dinner, so no detailed tasting notes. From Jero. Very pure and aromatic, light on its feet. 95+
