GMs - Kevin Burgundy Dinner: Light golden colour. Some funky notes up front, along with melon, pear, ginger and some celery and herbal elements. Great texture and acidity that lifts the palate up a notch, without any dosage this does zip across the palate quite nicely. Improved in the glass with a bit of air and as it warmed up, this was interesting in quite a few areas without being fully compelling.

Decanted it and drank it over 3 hours, like always winey and getting better with temperature, dried fruits, nuts, very dry in the finish but the palate is filled with ripe fruits, oxidative style bebause 50% is vinified in old barriques. Leclepart champagnes need time, air and temperature, perfect to food not suitable as an aperitif wine, 91-92

- Light gold color. It's balanced with a light/medium body. Juicy texture with a medium finish.

oak barrel and steel tank fermented, more depth and complexity than the L'Amateur. chalk, minerality, freuit, apple and pear, I love it
