  • Medium yellow in glass. Subtle, light nose, bit of mineral, lemon, lime, floral. Medium weight, balanced acidity, softer more than crisp. Palate much as nose, not especially long nor deep. Some aged notes creep in, but mostly its a nice clean, pleasant sipper. Drank over two nights, first served with soft shell crabs, pasta, pesto. Second night on its own.

  • Pale off white. Firm and brisk, well suited for shellfish. Odd green component to an otherwise citrus nose. Soda water, lime, and lemon on the palate, finishing quite clean.

  • Pale translucent yellow. The nose had some powdered stone with an undeniable not of mint that verged on medicinal. Supple on the palate with a rounded feel that emerged over hours in the glass. Some rocks and acidity work nicely in counter point with the wine's thickness- a firm edged young wine. As we finished the bottle, I felt that, overall, it underperformed relative to my expectations. The wine lacks some typicity, complexity, completeness and satisfaction I was envisioning. I have a feeling that this will develop positively with some time. Unfortunately it was my only bottle so I will be left to wonder (and read the reflections of others fortunate enough to encounter this lovely drink at a later date).
