  Smell: white flowers, lemon. Taste: Green apple, lime, exotic fruit, touch of wet stone. A creamy, "soft" and superbly balanced Chablis. Underrated by many, because of its style?

  13% d'alcool, 100% Chardonnay
  Œil : paille léger à reflets verdâtres, viscosité moyenne à forte en parois, aspect éclatant et pur
  Nez : projection d'intensité 3/10, super frais, salin, fleurs blanches, citron frais, fruits blancs, pomme verte, touche séveuse, comme une idée de pâtisserie/levure au second plan, très légère vanille, suuuuuuper invitant
  Bouche : sec, ample, touché satiné, acidité rafraîchissante, amertume moyenne et contenue, prise minérale modérée, persistance moyenne, rétro fruitée, florales, séveuse, minérale, amère en allonge
  Conclusion : très belle fraîcheur, superbe nez, bel équilibre en bouche, devrait se bonifier après un bref séjour en cave. Excellent. 89-90

  Nez sur les agrumes avec une touche de bois et une légère, très légère note exotique. Bouche riche pour un Chablis "villages" et à la texture enrobée avec une finale possédant tout juste assez de fraîcheur pour maintenir un équilibre. Le vin est équilibré mais, à mon goût, j'aurais aimé une finale un peu plus vive.

  Lots of lemon on the nose, mixed with lime and seashells. This a richer and creamier style of Chalbis but still fresh and lively. Good mouth feel and good length on the finish. 89+
