  Kinda dissapointing. Really unremarkable stuff. Acidity is kind of lowish for chablis (still med/med+), but so is flavour. Vague stonefruit aromas with a soft, bland, watery and wishy washy palate. Don't get me wrong, I love the subtlety and restrained nature of quality Chablis, but every now and then I encounter one that is so devoid of character or flavour that it makes me feel a bit embarrassed and cheated when I think how much I spent on it.
  I found this producer's Petit Chablis to be much better, more food friendly and with more concentration of flavour.

  Paille doré, très brillant.
  Au nez, plutôt discret, agrumes, petits cailloux.
  En bouche, agrumes(citroin confit), acidité bien présente, longueur moyenne, plutôt simple, mais tout de meme agréable.

  Superbe présence olfactive.
  Belle matière en bouche, belle acidité, persistance un peu juste mais l'ensemble demeure très très bon.
  À revoir en 2016.
