Another bottle. Similar to the last one a few days ago, except this one seems less tired than just reticent, delicate even. Attractive limey aroma with a touch of kerosene; acidity somewhat faded, but still there; good length. With Orkney crab tart.

Drinking well now and could go another couple of years. Orange peel on the nose with a complex palate of mineral, citrus (lemon), sweet (blossoms and pear) and a slight spice (clove). Appealing mouthfeel - an unctuous, palate coating start, then the line of acid breaks through. Enjoyable on its own (12.5% alcohol) or with food. The wine flavours are quite complex so simpler food might be more suitable.

Stone and tropical fruit on the nose. Lots of varied tropical fruits, especially pineapple and lime in the middle, adding mineral and floral notes towards the back. Excellent acidity fully balances the sweetness of the fruit and lets the wine come across as quite dry. Good transition from fruit to finish and enough structure that this should last and improve for several years.

Slightly tired... A bit of kerosene, a bit of lime, quite dry. Not that exciting. 12.5%, screwcap.

Clean and dry with lemon and mineral notes and bracing acidity. Even without the sweetness, this worked well with Thai.
