My Last bottle of this great prem cru from the great producer of Modern Wines from this old village area . Decanter for 30 minutes , and pour , We have a Maturing colour of Ruby red core with a garnet rim ..As expected for this age. In good nick for certain. On the nose we have lovely sweet ripe beetroot pinot complexity with lovely new oak used still showing ..Excellent for age and style. On the palate we have maturing ripe fruit , maturing mid palate richness and still strong long tannins with quite strong acid cut . Ready to enjoy before Fruit has gone and Worth checking out . Good producer

Purchased off the wine list at the Post Hotel Fondue Stubli. Ruby hue. Nose of cherry pits, raspberry, violets, deep set earth. Compact layers of primary red and black raspberry fruit on the palate with admirable precision and depth for such a young wine. Energizing high-toned acidity and structured tannin but no rusticity noted. Moderately long finish of brooding red raspberry fruit cut with earth. Very nice showing for this wine, which will undoubtedly improve with more time in the cellar. From a 375.

Pleasing nose. Black fruits on nose. Black, red fruit on palate. Rounded and supple. Not at all too early to drink. A pleasing wine. And Pousse d'Or apparently make this using minimal chemical intervention.

Lovely wine. Fragrant, balanced, and a bit rustic, this is excellent for its level.
