Excellent Chianti for the price. Held up well in my cellar. Typical Italian bone dry red Chianti. Palate cleansing, as you would expect with a bit of berry in the finish. Great with food. We had a variation of Shrimp Scampi, using feta cheese. Worked well.

Popped, poured, consumed over three evenings. Seems to have improved since my last tasting about a year ago. Well balanced, elegant, reasonably complex, with a touch of earthy umami. Should continue to cruise in the cellar, but no need to wait. 91+

on opening, wine was hot with alcohol in nose and taste; softened up after about 30 minutes, when fruit opened up. Near the end of its prime
