Not a great wine, but a very good wine. Popped and poured for dinner with fresh red snapper. The flavor is honeydew melon (mind over matter for a Melon de Bourgogne?) and citrus, lemony, with acidity. The finish is minerality rather than fruit. No sugar. A very nice drinkable wine at the price. We have two more. Let's keep them for a few years at least to see what develops. I once had a 20 year old muscadet that was fantastic.

Light, foral nose, fruity palate, stood up very well to brined fire roast chicken and grilled halloumi. Steel aged? seems like it, or perhaps giant neutral barrels. Opens up a bit more with air. The fruity palate has some tropical components and tart apple.

Crisp, citrus fruit and white peach. acid but not overpowering acidity. We drank this with sauteed chicken and herbs, but would go just as well as a light summer white around the pool. This is not a profound wine, but still a very good to excellent wine with no negative components.
