  • Medium lemon color
Medium minus aromas of faint lemon and unripe apple with slight yellow floral component and cheese rind
Medium palate - rather nondescript - creamy but a little flabby in texture - strong dry rock minerality
Medium acidity and mild phenolic bitterness with rather short length
Nice enough Muscadet but I find this rather lacking due to decreased minerality and acidity compared to the best aged Muscadet
Would prob drink now as I don't see much improvement ahead

  • Single blind tasting.
    Pale gold with lemon reflections
Aromatics medium -. Unripe apples and yellow flowers
Palate medium. Acid medium. Mild phenolic bitterness. Yellow apples and minerality.
Finish has medium length with a creamy mouthfeel. A little bit flabby regarding balance with the need for more acid.
    Drink now.

  • Straw yellow colour with green edges. Ripe green apples, rosehip, yellow tropical fruits and stones. Taste of ripe green apples, lemons and minerals. Long and dry finish with hints of spices and salt. Good depth. Goes well with cheeses, fish and shellfish.
