  Had this at lunch from a .375 bottle. Iit paired very well salmon, crab and shrimp and a salad with both tart and tropical fruit flavors. Very New World in style, it nevertheless has a certain elegance and balance, making it very approachable and food friendly. Very nice. Drink now or over the next couple of years.
