  Rouge grenat translucide, orangé sur les côtés.
  Fruits noirs confits au nez, réglisse, sucre d'orge, sous bois.
  En bouche le vin est corpulent, acidité faible, longueur moy, tanins faibles, fruits confits, anis, sous bois, perception de sucre élevée.
  Aucun défaut dans cette bouteille, mais moins dans ma palette, surtout pour un nebbiolo.
  À approcher comme un appassito je dirais.
  Un petit verre de dégustation aurait été suffisant.

  Medium deep rusty ruby. Tarry, briny, dried cherry nose. A whiff of herbs or green tobacco. Great fruit on entry, but tannins immediately arrive, this will do well with a good decant and the boeuf Bourguignon. Loads of fruit, great balance and elegance, v good to excellent length, this is gonna be great.
  
  It did smooth out with a 90 minute decant, but still drank young. No rush on these.

  Une bouteille malheureusement mal conservée avec un léger goût oxidé de Jerez. En plus un peu bouchonné. Pas imbuvable, mais non représentatif de ce que pourrait donner ce vin dans des meilleures conditions.

  Drink it now, nice plum flavor on the nose, one drink followed by tabaco with a spice finaly good complexity.
