  • The texture may be voluptuous and nutty, but the wine shows terrific precision and structure, with the slightly tart acids providing a firm skeleton for the sinewy flesh. The oak never overshadows the tongue of minerality; indeed, the saltiness of each source meld and become something more complex. I find cream rather than butter. Cream-drizzled pears on toast. Even though the cork was soaked to 2/3 its length, no premox or flabbiness.

    (Fichet Meursault Tesson) Like great Blanc de Blancs Champagne without bubbles. More elegant and minerally. Super white Burg. Incredible balance and flavor intensity.
