was initially surprised by the light yellow color and slightly strong grapefruit tones, HOWEVER - let this wine open up and it becomes complex and delicious. Had a bottle with dinner at Vidalia' in Washington DC. Had it with Yellowfin Tuna sashimi, beet salad, and Monkfish -

Light yellow. Light, but very nice nose of grapefruit and oranges, some butter and nuts. Good balance, very pure with ripe yellow fruits, minerals and some sweet oak. Improves greatly in complexity in glass throughout 2-3 hours.

Thin at first, but developed over time. Became thick and buttery. Not great complexity, but a good food wine.
