  Forse aperta troppo presto. Sboccare in un generoso bicchiere e non toccare prima di 2 ore. Poi inizia il godimento. Elegantissimo, erbaceo, con note di gelatine di frutta.

  Drinking very well. No detailed notes, but in very nice balance and open. Nice complement to food, good depth, nice fruit with a bit of mineral and herbs and a clean finish.

  BYO by Amadeo to Sybaris in Madrid.
  Lovely, vivid cherry colour.
  Always a nice combination on the nose of minerality and more than enough amount of red fruit aromas. Also smoked notes.
  Same complexity in the mouth. Acid but elegant. Long but refreshing too. At this point, calling for food.
  Love this example of individuality. As ever.

  De un bello, vivido color cereza.
  Siempre una buena combinación en nariz de mineralidad y de una buena cantidad de aromas a frutos rojos. También a notas ahumadas.
  En boca esa misma complejidad. Ácida pero elegante. Larga pero refrescante. Necesita comida en este momento.
  Me encanta este ejemplo de individualidad. Como siempre.
