spiced-plum and cherry kick off right from the get-go, gorgeously drinkable with a smooth palate and delicate spices of the Christmas variety; there's a touch of tannin here and a lovely mocha finish. Glad I caught this bottle at this time cause it is "loverly".

Pretty happy with this, a very enjoyable and complex Zinfandel. My only criticism would be that it is a touch synthetic tasting, however, there are other nice notes throughout. Easy to drink, despite some potential with acidity and tightness as opposed to other '10 Zins I've had - I wouldn't keep this.

Color: Still dark purple, vibrant purple on the rim. Nose: Creamy, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, plum Palate: Nice tannins on the background with firm but smooth structure. Dry and very nice balance. Very Complex, very complex. Finished: Very long and long with chocolate and creamy at the end. Superb!
This wine reminds me the 2008 Sine Qua Non Labels Syrah; pretty much same style but the tone is much more like 2007 Opus One. If you can grab this bottle for a bargain (which is, unfortunately not in Thailand), it is a great companion indeed.

Over the hill, but a perfectly adequate pizza wine.

I really enjoyed the ripe flavors that came from this wine. After letting it breathe a bit the flavors really came out
