    While the young 2012 seems more delicate, this 1995 has evolved into something rich and complex. On the nose, licorice, cedar, quince paste, dill pickles, honey. Exotic. Full bodied. Long finish with notes of mineral. Drinking well now but can hold for another 5 to 10 years.
